REMODELLING & ENGINEERING UPGRADE OF CBN HEALTHCARE FACILITY
Project Overview
Jakes-Mich Engineering Limited is providing project consultancy and multidisciplinary engineering coordination for the remodelling and upgrade of an existing Central Bank of Nigeria facility into a modern healthcare environment, covering scope development, cost planning and BEME management, architectural, structural, civil, M&E and HVAC coordination, building refurbishment, roofing and waterproofing, façade rehabilitation, internal fit-out, procurement, quality and progress monitoring, testing, commissioning and handover support.

REHABILITATION OF 3 MILLION-LITRE EFFLUENT TANK
Project Overview
Jakes-Mich Engineering Limited successfully rehabilitated a 3,000,000-litre effluent tank serving the Central Bank of Nigeria Learning Delivery Centre, restoring its structural integrity, functionality and long-term serviceability through condition assessment, civil and structural rehabilitation, remedial engineering, waterproofing, infrastructure maintenance, technical supervision, quality control and project coordination.

LIFT MAINTENANCE AT DIAGNOSTICS TREATMENT CENTRE
Project Overview
Our technical team undertook lift maintenance at the Diagnostics Treatment Centre, Garki 2, Abuja, supporting Messrs. Structure & Pattern Limited as the main contractor. The engagement focused on maintaining the lift installation to support reliable operation, convenient movement between floors and the everyday accessibility needs of a functioning healthcare facility.

ROOF FELT WATERPROOFING WORKS AT CBN LEARNING CENTRE
Project Overview
Our technical team carried out roof felt waterproofing works at the CBN Learning Centre, Lagos, in support of Messrs. Havilah Fusion Technologies Services Ltd. as the main contractor. The works focused on the roof’s protective waterproofing layer, helping protect the building against water ingress and preserve the serviceability of the roof and underlying building elements.

REPLACEMENT OF 180 SPLIT AIR-CONDITIONING UNITS AT ACADEMY BUILDING
Project Overview
Our technical team undertook the replacement of 180 split air-conditioning units at the Academy Building, Alakija, Lagos, supporting Messrs. Mwenre Global Concept Ltd. as the main contractor. The replacement programme focused on renewing the building’s cooling installations to support dependable air-conditioning and comfortable indoor conditions across the areas served.

GENERATOR OVERHAUL AT CBN UMUAHIA BRANCH
Project Overview
Our technical team undertook generator overhaul works at the Central Bank of Nigeria’s Umuahia Branch, supporting Messrs. Texolat Services Ltd. as the main contractor. The scope centred on reconditioning the existing generating equipment to support operational reliability and the branch’s requirement for dependable standby electrical power.
