Out story

JAKES-MICH Engineering Limited was incorporated in 2024 with a clear purpose: to bring engineering, facilities management and project delivery together under one accountable structure.

The company was formed by professionals with experience across construction, building services and project delivery in Nigeria. Through that experience, one problem kept appearing — clients were often left coordinating different contractors, consultants and technical teams themselves, with no single party responsible for the overall result.

Today, we provide Facilities Management, Project Management, Engineering Services and Technical Consultancy, helping clients manage buildings, maintain engineering systems and deliver projects with clearer responsibility for scope, cost, programme and quality.

TEST, HANDOVER & CLOSE OUT

Completed work is inspected, tested and documented before handover, with outstanding items tracked through to close-out.
